Oliver Pecan Company – Google & YouTube Marketplace Orders

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient delivery method for your location. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout through Google or YouTube’s marketplace platform.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping speed. Any applicable taxes will also be included at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary by location but typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment. Please note that these are carrier estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information through the platform where your purchase was made (Google or YouTube).

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Oliver Pecan Company is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delays & Carrier Issues
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Oliver Pecan Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Damage Policy and contact us with proof of damage. For lost packages, please first contact the carrier using your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, we are happy to help guide you through the process.

9. Shipping Perishable Products
Our products are made with quality ingredients and are packaged to maintain freshness during transit. However, exposure to heat or extended transit times may affect certain items (such as chocolate products). Oliver Pecan Company is not responsible for product changes due to weather conditions during shipping.

10. Domestic Shipping Only (if applicable)
At this time, Oliver Pecan Company ships within the United States only unless otherwise specified.

11. Warm Weather Shipping Policy

To ensure the quality of our products—especially chocolate-covered and heat-sensitive items—during warmer months, Oliver Pecan Company takes extra care when shipping.

During periods of elevated temperatures, we may include insulated packaging and/or ice packs to help protect your order in transit. These measures are designed to reduce the risk of melting but do not guarantee that products will not be affected by heat exposure.

By placing an order that includes heat-sensitive items, you acknowledge the risks associated with warm weather shipping. Oliver Pecan Company is not responsible for melting or heat-related changes that may occur during transit.

We recommend shipping to a location where packages can be received promptly (such as a business address) and avoiding extended outdoor exposure after delivery.
