To process a claim for damaged items, we require proof of damage, which may include photos of the product and packaging. In some cases, we may also request that the damaged product be returned to us for further inspection.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your order to report any issues. Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
